My projects have included work for the NHS, Fire and Ambulance services, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Childrens Nurseries and Industrial buildings of all kinds, as well as home owners.We have worked extensively providing everyting from new build extensions and alterations, to large and small dwellings, industrial & commercial buildings, and major renovations.

I have been carrying out this work for over twenty years and have a keen and experienced eye for detail.
I have often worked as a Principal Designer/ Designer and Client advisor under the CDM Regulations 2015 and previously as a CDM Co-ordinator/ Planning Supervisor.
I pride myself in providing a practical approach working with the Client, Designers and Contractors to provide the required documentation process in a direct streamlined format highlighting the Significant Hazards on each construction project.
I have worked on high risk and low risk premises undertaking Fire Risk Assessments as a legally required 'Competent Person' for the RRO 2005. Highlighting issues and finding a practical solution.
