We have an excellent team led by Hannah James who has a Bachelor of Science with 20 years plus experience with full memberships in:
- A Honours in Building Surveying, BSc Hons.
- Is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS.
- A Chartered Member of Association of Project Safety, CMaPS.
- A Registered Member of Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment RIEMA.
We have extensive experience in delivering all sizes of project from home owners as well as large public and private sector organisations.
For larger projects we work closely with other businesses to extend our capacity and specalisms.
One way we do this is through our Frame Four construction consultants Multi-diciplinary Team.

- We have worked extensively providing everyting from new build extensions and alterations, to large and small dwellings, industrial & commercial buildings, and major renovations.
- My projects have included work for the NHS, Fire and Ambulance services, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Childrens Nurseries and Industrial buildings of all kinds, as well as home owners.
- I have been carrying out this work for over 20 years and have a keen and experienced eye for detail.
